Erin Kelly O’Connor joined WAMS in April 2025 as the new Migrant Project Coordinator. She spent 25 years at IBM, including the last 10 as a Senior Product Manager. Erin retired early, so she could work in her church and community. She is a member of Sterling First Church Outreach Ministry Leadership Team and was the leader of the Central Massachusetts La Romana Medical Mission Team, 2023-2025. In that role, she coordinated a group of 30 missionaries in the Dominican Republic, providing medical care and building construction to serve Haitian sugar cane worker families. In 2025, Erin was named Leader for Sterling First Church Ministry for Haitian Migrant Support. Erin has matriculated toward her MBA from Boston College and received her undergraduate degree from Bryant University.
